Another month, this time next month Christmas will have been and gone and we’ll be days away from the new year. How. On. Earth. Mind blowing, time passing is exhausting! I feel like I haven’t really been using any different products this month, but I have a few things I’ve been reaching for in terms of cosmetics as well as a few miscellaneous things. Lets just jump in!
E.L.F. Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow in Dirty Martini
If you know anything at all about me, you know how obsessed I am with this formula, I think I have every shade. This month I’ve reached for this one so often, its a lovely deep green brown, almost a khaki shade with gold reflects in it. I tend to use this for an everyday look with a little bit of bronzer through the crease and a teeny amount blended right out over the lid. It’s a lovely shade and can easily be built up and lasts all day long, the glitter is subtle but perfect for everyday wear, but can be built up to a full glam wham bam glittery look if you so wish. This would definitely be one of the shades I highly recommend if you haven’t tried these eyeshadows before.
Revolution Bronzer Reloaded in Long Weekend
Anything that gives me a bit of a glow is good in my books, this bronzer is GLOWY! It has shimmer running through it, so I use it sparingly over the top of my usual bronzer whatever that may be. Across my forehead and over the cheeks to add a bronze-y glow, its not an everyday occurrence but I do use it when I feel like my skin needs a little more colour and a bit more luminosity, which just happens to be more common this month.
Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil and Revolution E104 Angled Brush
I did a whole review on this eyeliner (linked here) so I wont waffle on, but this colour specifically I’ve been reaching for a tonne since I got them! I don’t wear this eyeliner with the liquid eyeliner I mentioned above, that might be too much green even for me! I specifically use this with this angled brush, blending out the edge to create a wing. This brush is teeny and precise and dense enough to build up the colour, its so easy to use and create a lovely defined line.
Superdrug Vitamin E Eye Cream
I really rate all the Superdrug own brand skincare I’ve tried, but I’ve been trying a few new eye creams over the last few months and none compare to this one! It’s thick and so deeply nourishing my eyes feel really hydrated in the morning after using this the evening before. I’ve also been using more heavy eye makeup during the day, just to give me a little boost (and it is the season for glitter after all) so I have needed something to help sooth my eyes and keep everything hydrated during the cooler months.
Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
This has been on my to be read pile for the longest time, and I’ve finally picked it up in the middle of November, I wont give anything away about it, but I’m about half way through and I’m completely hooked!
The Bodyguard on Netflix
I watched this on BBC when it first came out, I’m certain of it, but for the life of me I couldn’t remember how it ended! Which I suppose is the best way to re-watch a show. We completed this in one week, watching one episode a night while we ate our tea (which is ALWAYS in front of the telly). Its very rare we find something we both get into and want to watch, but this had us both hooked! If you haven’t watched it yet I’d definitely recommend.
What products have you been loving this last month, have you tried any of these products before? Let me know!

That Elf shadow is exactly the kind of shade that I love! x
That glitter eyeshadow looks lovely – what a great shade for the festive season! 🙂 I’ve heard good things about the Gone Girl book too but it’s not the kind of story I enjoy.
Hope you are having a good weekend! It’s a busy but fun one here with a few events!
The bodyguard is AMAZING!! I haven’t seen it in a while, deffo going to re-watch while I’m recovering from my op. x
