For all my dry skin comrades, the struggle with concealer for the under eyes is real. I first discovered this concealer around about August last year and it was an instant love from then on, I’ve heard its a dupe for the Glossier stretch concealer but I don’t have that to comment. However everything I’ve read about both products online, I would be inclined to agree.
Collection Lasting Perfection Stretch Concealer – £3.99 from Superdrug
A high coverage stretchable concealer, comfortable on skin and doubles as an eyeshadow base. The creamy texture blends smoothly with a natural finish, covering any unwanted blemishes. This multi-use, stretchy concealer goes a long way and can be used to cover any blemishes, or as an all over foundation. With it’s high coverage this creamy concealer is perfect for dark under-eye circles, and has a delicious sweet vanilla and berry scent.
Stretchy certainly is the best way to describe it, most days I simply tap on a small amount into the inner corner of my eyes and blend it out with a brush. It gives the most beautiful finish, a good medium coverage that feels so creamy and hydrating. Layered under foundation or on an everyday ‘no makeup’ day, I get so so much use from this concealer.
I do have quite dark inner eyes, not so much the bags and under eyes but that niggly little area in between my tear duct and the side of my nose does hold a lot of blue tones which isn’t the most flattering. This concealer covers it perfectly and brightens the whole area, without looking too made up or heavy.
For longevity, this concealer really cant be rivalled. You may worry that with it being hydrating and glowy it wouldn’t last well through the day but it remains flawless even through the longest of days. If you need more reassurance that this concealer lasts well, then let me tell you I wore this on my wedding day and would choose it again and again.
I wear the shades 4 Extra Fair and 5 Fair, 4 is perfect in winter and 5 in summer. I Find both shades perfect for the under eyes. I don’t choose to use this on the face on breakouts, though the description says you can, I just feel for myself I prefer a matte finish to fully disguise it.
Have you tried this concealer from Collection or the Glossier one? Let me know what you think of them!

This sounds like a product I’d like – I don’t really have bags, just dark circles! x

It looks very similar to the Nars Soft Matte!

I have not tried this concealer, but it looks like it works very well. I have oily/combination skin so it might not be the best choice for me since it is glowy, however I am so glad that it works so well for you! Thank you for sharing!

I have the exact same issue with that impossible to reach bit in my inner corners. I love the sound of this. Is it very thick? I sometimes think that creamy concealers that are too thick make the texture look worse on dry skin. Sounds like an incredible, affordable option though, really intrigued to see how it works as a primer x
I use this concealer too, its great!

I have heard good things about the Glossier stretch concealer so if this is a dupe for it I bet it is pretty good. I would prefer dark circles, I don’t have bags under they eye per say but puffy eyes not as bad as bags but worse then dark circles.
